Seeing in Black and White

Before we create photos in black and white, we must first learn to see and think in black and white. This class examines the aesthetics and creative possibilities of digital black and white photography with a slight nod to the technical aspects of converting images to black and white.

Wednesday, June 10th – 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. Classroom B
Exercise your creative muscles and vision by expanding on the lessons learned in the Creative Basics of Photography class. Learn how to use the creative controls and common (and not so common) compositional techniques to improve your photography skills.
This class is for intermediate photographers that understand the manual controls of their camera and basic exposure. Lecture and hands-on shooting in the Gardens takes place, so please bring your gear.
